i struggle with seasonal depression, winter blues, cranium cobwebs, hijacked hormones... WHATEVER.

i feel tired and weak and, well, sad :-(

i hate feeling sad. really, REALLY hate it... which, of course, makes me sadder. grrrr.

this morning i was reading The Daniel Plan (Rick Warren) trying to do something positive... yea me. and that song came to my head but it was different this time...
